Returns are accepted within 7 business days of receiving your order. To return items they must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unused and with all tags attached and associated packaging in original condition.
Garments received with make-up marks or have been worn will not be accepted for exchange or return as all returned items need to be in a re-saleable state.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE
Please notify firstname.lastname@example.org (via email) for exchange or refund, please note that postage is the customer's responsibility. Tracking is not essential but will be the customers responsibility until delivery has been received by Ronda. (we are not accountable for loss or stolen parcels)
Please be mindful due to the current climate (covid, natural disasters, public holidays and busy seasonal holidays etc) some delivery of parcels may take longer, we are not responsible for late delivery once in possession of courier, we try our very best for on time schedule but in some deliveries it is out of our control. We dispatch all our orders and handed to courier company with one or two days. We thank you for your understanding.
